What Would You Ask Of A £73Million Man?

Make It Big James Caan Triumphant Events

We asked some of our clients why they have booked a ticket to “Make It BIG In 2010” and what questions they want answered at this event. Here’s some responses...

“2009 has been tough and left me a little bit gun-shy. I want to get fired up again.”

“I’m sick of living in a reality where rewards come later. I want results NOW!!! What would you do if you wanted to get a tangible win in the next 30 days?”

“I’m considering going back into employment because business isn’t taking off for me (like it has for others). I have 3 months to turn it around, what should I do?”

“When I did something I hated I made lots of money. When I followed my passion I couldn’t get paid anywhere near what I was earning. How do I follow my passion and still get paid?… A lot”

“My business has done really well this year. I want to stay on the wave, hire more people and go for the BIG results. What should I be careful of so I don’t mess it up?”

“I’m not sure if it is the right time to put a big idea into play yet. I want to hear from the experts.”

“Do you focus on Sales and Marketing or having the right product? Why?”

“Should I play small and wait out the tail end of this economic storm? Or should I push for growth in 2010?”

“I now have a lot of money in the business. Should I be taking some out and enjoying it or should I put everything back into more growth?”

“I’m sick of being the last person to get paid. I want to hear from people who know how to get rewarded for their efforts.”

“What does it actually take to make it BIG (Net worth of £10M+)? No “ra-ra” if it means ripping people off or breaking the law at least tell me so I know what it really takes”.

“I want to give some money to a worthy cause but it seems like most people in charity are terrible with money (or even secretly hate it) and would probably waste it. How can I give money away in a meaningful way?”

“The G7 countries are already out of the recession (except UK) should I be looking to expand internationally instead of just the UK?”

“Why does it feel like “collaboration” means that I miss out on the profits that should have been mine? How do I work with other and still see rewards?”

“How long does it take before the Lucky Break comes in? What if it doesn’t?”

“To make it big, should I get an investor and take a massive risk or should I work hard and play safe?”

“Is it possible to employ people you like and still make money? or does that lead to a “socialist” work environment where the owner isn’t openly able to make it big?”

“Would I be happier if I gave up on “making it big?”

“People who “Make It BIG” seem to be having a lot of fun but they tell me I need to work hard. Should I do as they say or do as they do?”

“What is the best part about making it big? Is the juice actually worth the squeeze?”

“I want to do something BIG with my life and be remembered. How to I break out of the mould and beat my own path?”

“Are the UK’s laws and taxes too repressive now for people to get ahead? Would I be better off going to Asia to “Make It BIG”?”

We will be forwarding these excellent questions to our speakers this weekend. What would you like to add to the list?
