Pete has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, and has seen most fads and trends come and go. He believes that the idea of "getting healthy" has become extremely confusing to the public, and so he is passionate about cutting through the confusion and ‘fitness talk’.
Pete's methods follow his three core values: Be Honest, Keep It Simple, Do The Work. With this in mind he has embarked on the challenge of giving the power back to people to make their own health and fitness choices, by showing them the performance and results they can achieve with the right guidance.
Pete's tried and tested methods are infused with his own experiences. He has been overweight, unhealthy, confused about training, self-conscious, and still experiences things like stress on a daily basis. But it's these experiences that allow him to truly and uniquely understand what a person typically goes through both mentally and physically in their fitness journey – and how to control and manage it to get results.
