Grace runs a health and nutrition business specialising in Nutrition for the Body and Mind, teaching people practical ways to turn their food into a daily dose of natural medicine. Over the last 8 years, she has helped over 2,000 families to find lifelong solutions for their nutrition for their body and for their mind. She is a co-author of the upcoming book Get in the Game, featuring co-authors Loral Langemeier featured in The Secret and ABC Shark Tank’s Kevin Harrington; and the author of the upcoming book Make Your Child a Maths Whizz. Grace is also a PCRM Certified Food for Life Instructor and Sponsor (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) - a Not-for-Profit organisation helping people to prevent and reverse diabetes and other related health problems, and increase cancer survival. She also has a healthy eating website with close to a 100 personally-written pages of content dedicated to helping people with their healthy eating and their nutrition. Grace has won 2 national awards back to back in the last 2 years – some of Women Inspiring Women National Awards 2013 & 2014. She also trains a host of professionals to get good at teaching other people what to eat on purpose and how to cook to fight diabetes, cancer, and other related diseases. Grace has personally conducted over 1,000 nutrition live classes and workshops for customers (and her team have done another several thousands combined). Her health-conscious clients understand that without health, they wouldn't have time to make money or spend money. How to cook to retain nutrition is the most neglected part of the health and food industries. Grace believes that understanding how to practically retain and maximise nutrition in foods is critically important in overcoming the health problems in the society today. Grace uses a proven program to effective teach techniques so that people can have the knowledge and get the right tools to cook, retain nutrition, minimise oil, get rid of metals leaching into their food while cooking, and fight and prevent lifestyle diseases so that they can look better, feel better, live better, have more energy, be more agile, lose weight and protect their memory better. In the last 12 months, she has expanded the Health and Nutrition business to develop further a crucially important part of nutrition, mind nutrition for children and adults who are either struggling with numbers/maths or simply want to become better or whizzes at it. Grace in her experience has found no better way to exercise the mind, than the power of maths. She has invented special games to achieve this purpose and working to get into global stores. These games have greatly impressed adults, children, School Head teachers, Head of maths co-ordinators and a Director of a large International Educational Tuition company. Grace strongly believes that a wholesome approach to health is key; and that body, mind, memory, nutrition and health are closely linked. Everyone deserves to live a healthy life, so that they can protect what's really most important and be successful.
