We learned that this process works exceptionally well for established 6-7 figure revenue companies with a proven track record in their industry. These were companies that were already doing well, had seasoned founders at the helm and were optimistic about their future.


They were still facing recurring challenges in scaling and reaching what they felt was their true potential. Driven to succeed, yet thwarted by these issues…

  • Didn’t have a clear roadmap on where to prioritise time, energy and resources.
  • Wanted a seasoned mentor to help guide them on what to execute upon.
